Dwell at McEwen Frequently Asked Questions

Dwell at McEwen is pet friendly. We welcome cats and dogs with a limit of two pets allowed per apartment home. We do not allow Pit Bulls or any mix combination of this breed. Based on our community’s location, there may be other breed restrictions that we follow in accordance with laws and local ordinances.

• Pet Rent is $25 per pet, per month.
• The one-time Pet Fee is $300 per pet.

We offer 4-15 month lease terms. Lease terms vary based on floor plan and availability.
 

There is no charge for surface lot parking. Attached garages are included with select homes and detached garages are $150/month for one car or $300/month for two cars. Carports are available in Phase II for $75/month.
 

Verification of income will be required for applicants. RentGrow, our third-party screening system will automatically search The Work Number (“TWN”) to verify your income. If your employer does not participate in TWN, you will have the following options for income verification:

• Connecting your bank account which will be scanned for consistent deposits for verification, or
• Connecting your payroll provider for payroll verification, or
• Uploading recent paystubs for verification.

• Housing allowance documentation
• 2 recent bank account statements
• Offer letters
• Written verification or documents showing alimony, child support, commissions, or tips
• Tax forms
• Proof of assets
